SKID ROW Jams With MIKE PIAZZA At NYC's Hard Rock: Video Available

October 31, 2006

A video clip of SKID ROW performing their classic track "Youth Gone Wild" — featuring a special guest appearance on guitar by Major League Baseball catcher Mike Piazza — during a free show at the Times Square Hard Rock Cafe on Sunday, October 29 has been posted online at the band's MySpace page (under "Videos"). The video was taken by AJ Coffey, SKID ROW's official MySpace profilemaster.

SKID ROW's Hard Rock record-release party was hosted by Eddie Trunk, who organizes annual Halloween rock shows in New York. Before the group hit the stage, a costume contest was held which was judged by famed producer Michael Wagener and Piazza. Among the costumed finalists were audience members dressed as Ace Frehley and Billy Gibbons.

SKID ROW's latest album, "Revolutions Per Minute", was released on October 24 via SPV Records. The follow-up to 2003's "ThickSkin" was recorded at WireWorld studio in Nashville, Tennessee with Michael Wagener, who previously worked with the band on their two most commercially successful albums to date, "Skid Row" (1989) and "Slave to the Grind" (1991).
